Cathy is an accomplished Executive Coach who brings to each client initiative over 25 years of experience in leadership development and coaching.
She has held various roles as a senior executive in the retail industry, including General Manager of Specialty Businesses, General Manager of Financial Services, Vice-President Human Resources and Business Capability, and Vice-President Selling Culture. She also serviced as a Director and Committee Chair in non-profit organizations’ National Board of Directors.
In her experience, Cathy has successfully led many strategic initiatives, focused on Organizational Development, Team Building, Business, Leadership and Sales Capability Development.

Cathy’s experience and her passion for helping others achieve excellence have led her to a career as an Executive Coach. She is experienced in coaching others at all levels of an organization both on a one-to-one basis as well as in teams. Cathy is a Certified Executive Coach having successfully completed the graduate program for executive coaching at Royal Roads University and achieved the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
As President and Owner of Escalate Executive Coaching Inc. and a member of the International Coaching Federation, Cathy adheres to the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics including the ICF standards of confidentiality and privacy.
