With the Expand package, you can select from a number of team workshops including the development of Leadership, Teamwork, Accountability, Vision and Strategy and more, followed by individual Executive Coaching for participants. This approach will not only increase the team’s success, but also the success of the participants through 1:1 coaching aimed at addressing individual opportunities in support of the organizational objectives.
